REFUND & EXCHANGES
- Refund items are eligible for defective items only, it is not allowed for customers to return new items.
- All refund items must be returned in an UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.
- Refunded item must be posted/ returned within seven (7) days after purchased or receiving your order.
- Customers are only allowed to exchange size of the same item/ pattern. No exchange of different items/ patterns are allowed
- Any post-wash defect by customers are not eligible for refund
- Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are not eligible for return, exchange and are non-refundable. Customers are responsible to ensure that the measurement of every part of the body fits the measurements given through the size chart
SIZE EXCHANGE
There are terms and conditions for product exchanges depending on the platforms you bought. This method is applicable for size exchange only.
There are scenarios below:

For exchanges due to sizing error by customers, there will be an extra charge of RM10 (Semenanjung) and RM20 (Sabah & Sarawak) for postage and handling fees. You may also walk-in/pickup to HQ for size exchange, and there will be no charges applied for this.
DEFECT/ WRONG/ MISSING ITEMS
There are terms and conditions for defect returns depending on the platforms you bought. This method is applicable for returns of defect, wrong or missing items only. All returns/ exchanges made are within 7 days after you receive the items.

We will prepare an airwaybill an request our dedicated courier to pick-up at your preferred address. We will send you a replacement once we have the returned items in hand. Alternatively, you may also walk-in HQ if you are nearby.
